Carl is quite simply the best trainer I have ever had. His blend of movement, strength, balance and embodiment and years of yoga has created his own unique style of training. I was recommended Carl after an early hip replacement and really struggling to find any trainer that understood and was making a difference. If you want results he really is your guy. I’m not only stronger, leaner, but with better posture and finally have muscle definition again. You know when somethings working when people ask you who your trainer is!
